Today has been a miserable day. I went to bed fairly early last night because a headache was coming on. I knew it would turn into a migraine and sure enough it did. I woke up constantly through the night with my head pounding. Around 8:30 I got up, ate something, took some ibprofen, and jumped in the shower in hopes of relieving some of the pain. Nothing worked so I went back to sleep on the couch untl 10:45. From there went into the bedroom to sleep until 12:00. I was up for about 2 hours, ate lunch and hung out with Tim - who was quietly puttering this whole time. The headache just wouldn't quit so I slept some more - from 2:00-4:30. Finally I'm up, but very out of it from sleeping so much. My headache is gone, thankfully. Tim and I just watched Dazed and Confused - he got it for me for Christmas. I love that movie, it cracks me up! Our stupid upstairs neighbors are having a little "get-together" and they talk so friggin loud it drives me crazy! I suppose they are just having a good time.
Well, hopefully tomorrow holds a little more in store for me (considering I didn't even step outside today). I'd like to run to ACMoore for a Christmas Scrapbook and stuff. I have a visa gift card for $75 so I want to get a new outfit or something too. I need to grocery shop and later Tim and I are going to a New Years party with Colleen and Rick. My goal will be to at least last until midnight - I'm not always so good with the late night stuff.

Eventful night so far!
It's so nice to come home, take my shoes off, and have Tim start dinner. I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO ASK! Holy Crap I have a great boyfriend! We recently decided that I would no longer be doing the dishes. I would put them off forever OR I would do some of them and leave the rest. BUT, that didn't mean my turn was over it just meant my turn was going to be extended. Now, Tim is tired of dealing with me and NOT doing the dishes. I normally do all the cooking so he'll now do the dishes. I love this deal!!
We finally took down our ridiculously dried up tree. This is a trees way of getting back at you for putting it in a house for 3 weeks with just a little bowl of water. The whole process probably took us at least an hour. The needles were EVERYWHERE. Our vacuum is ghetto-cheap-ass so it took forever to suck them all up from the rug. Luckily Tim's picky with his cleaning so there isn't a single needle hidden anywhere!! I would have probably said "out of sight, out of mind."

Visiting
Yes, this is my Timmy Wimmy. Isn't he just the cutest boy ever! =)
Finally, this might just work this time! I've only been trying to blog these pictures for an hour! (Along with some other photos, but I just gave up, I've decided Picasa only likes 2 pictures at a time).
Tim's mom, Janice. She is up from Nashville visiting during the holiday season. She leaves tomorrow so Tim and I went over to the Jordan's home to have dinner and hang out. We filled our bellies with American Chop Suey (Tim's favorite), salad and some ice cream. Than we hung out, talked about porn, and watched Sean put bandaids on random parts of his body. Good times, Good times!

Tonight's Project
I'm well aware that this stupid collage of pictures repeats the first row on the 4th row, but I'm tired of friggin' with it!!!Anyway, it was quite the task putting this thing together. Tim began to do it alone, but I helped with a few things - bad idea. The few things I did do turned the following steps into a pain in the ass! Tim and I didn't say much to each other while we put it together because we knew the other was about to burst! He did say "do you really have to keep taking pictures" - I didn't say anything, I just smiled (YES!). The desk is now where it needs to go. Tim had to unplug his computer in order to get it onto the new desk and when he plugged the internet back in it wouldn't work. So that mean't a 45 minute wait for Time Warner. It is now fixed and set. Tim's in the computer/music room getting it all organized and to his liking. He can be a picky guy so I'm sure he'll be working on "organizing" for a little while longer.

Braggin' Rights
I guess the new bass has given Tim braggin' rights. Yesterday he sent a text message to all his friends with a picture of the bass. His friend Jared is over checking out the bass tonight - wishing I was his girlfriend! =) I said one boyfriend is expensive enough. It's becoming a focal point in the home. Now, the video games have begun so this should be lots of fun for me.

My new Guess purse from my sister!!
Karen with her new StoneSour Cd!
Well, that's a quick re-cap of this morning. I've got to be running to my grandparents now and I need to drag Timmy away from his guitar! =) MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Santa's Coming Tonight!!
Last night we went over to Colleen's for an early Christmas while Tim's brother and mom are here. We had a great time, although, we did end the evening with a conversation about Tim and I's baby - yeah, the one we don't have yet and won't for quite some time!!! Apparently, Tim's mom is an excellent labor coach and would like to be in the labor room. I have to be honest, I haven't exactly thought about who will be in the labor room! HAHA* It was funny, but a very unexpected topic of conversation as we headed out the door.
Later on last night Paul, Crystal, and Ben came over. I took lots of pictures with my "film" camera - I begged Tim to just give me my digital camera NOW, but he wouldn't. =) I have some unexpected, last minute shopping to do. My dad is going to come over Christmas morning - which wasn't the original plan, but I'm happier this way - but, now I need to go get him some stocking stuffers because he would be the only one without a stocking - awkward!

Aren't we cute!?

Christmas Eve Eve

I am so ready for Christmas!! Our tree is looking a little weak - we got it December 2nd and it gets pretty dry in here, but it'll last a couple more days. Tomorrow night Karen is going to stay over - it's gunna be so fun! When we were younger we used to try and keep ourselves as busy as possible on Christmas Eve so the day would go by fast. We would barely sleep and get up around 3:00am to open our stockings. We usually went into my room, opened it up and than went back to sleep for a few more hours. We had a weird routine, but we did it for YEARS! Around 6:00am we get mom and dad up and we start opening by 6:30am. We were never one of those families that opened one gift at a time - we'd have Christmas done in like 15 minutes! We pick out our new outfit for the day, sift through our stuff and get ready to go to Gram and Gramps - where we would end up with another huge Christmas! Obviously things have changed since then, but it was always a lot of fun. Good time good times!!! This will be Tim and I's first Christmas together. Last year we exchanged gifts, but we didn't spend any of Christmas day together. It's going to be a really great Christmas - I can feel it!!!

Good Mood!

I'm in such a good mood today! I brought home my secret present and was in scramble mode getting it into the closet before Tim got home. I don't think he'll find it, but at some point I've got to take it out of the closet, wrap it, and than get it back in again! (My closet isn't really all that large). Tomorrow I'll be running around getting things at the grocery store, cleaning up the apartment a bit - I have dishes that just won't quit! My mom and sister will be over Christmas morning to unwrap presents with Tim and I. I left work today getting everything done I needed to get done which was such a good feeling! Of course, everyone else was in a good mood too because of the holiday - so my work atmosphere was great! The last gift for my mom just came in the mail today so all I have to do is wrap that and I'm DONE! LOVE IT!

another day
Today was just another day at work. Happy to say tomorrow is Friday. I was suppose to go to Wal-Mart with Karen, but those plans are now canceled. I'm home by myself for a little while. I'll probably just eat some mac and cheese and sit here playing around with my blog. So, my secret Tim present is secretly hidden at work and has been this past week. Tomorrow I'll have to bring it home and pray to God Tim never finds it here. It isn't an easy thing to hide, but we do have seperate closets so I'm thinking it'll go in my closet for the weekend. He still has no idea I'm getting him something super friggin' good for Christmas. Clearly, he has no interest in my blog that is why I post about his gift. =o) So if he finds out I'll be sure to blame my readers!

Work

Another ridiculously busy day at work. I do the absolute best I can and I truly believe I'm good at what I do, but I swear every time I turn around it's like "well, how come this didn't get done sooner." Frig! I'm trying to train the new girl AND get my own stuff done, ask me again why I didn't get it done sooner and I'll bite you! I can't wait to have time off next week. On the bright side there's only 5 days left until Christmas, Tim still doesn't know about his gift, and I might be Christmas shopping tonight!! Tim's brother is coming over and they'll just play video games all night. (wahoo for me!) I think I might go to bed a little early tonight too, work is just so mentally exhausting. Maybe I'm just a baby!!

6 Days 'til Christmas

I'm like a little kid this year - I just can not wait for Christmas!!! All day I continue to remind people how many days until Christmas. I'm so excited about something I bought for Tim - he's literally going to shit his pants!! (Colleen, don't tell him!) He has no idea I got him something extra special. I also adopted a family through the Salvation Army which turned out fairly well. I raised a bunch of money at work and bought a good amount of gifts. I HAVE to deliver the gifts first thing in the morning because the family will be by to pick up their stuff in the morning. Nothing like last minute! I'm almost done with my own shopping, just one more gift for my dad, one more for my mom and I think I'm going to pick up a gift card to Olive Garden for my grandparents. I've spent more this year for Christmas than I have ever spent!!! Like a ridiculous amount more! I LOVE IT! =)

TADA!
I have finally finished making my blog - it only took me an hour and a half! I'm sure I'll do a little tweaking here and there, but I'm happy with it for now. For Christmas Tim is getting me a digital camera so I'll be putting plenty of photos on. I think I'm about ready to go to bed. This blogging stuff is making me tired!
